Bridge End Pub and Bridge approach
The Bridge End Inn is a great little country pub, with honest food and friendly locals. We meet here every month for book club and always
have an unfailingly warm welcome. Note bridge upon which articulated lorries were constantly getting stuck until the by-pass was built ten years ago, as this was the main road to Abergavenny and Newport - hence the lorry stuck in ice and snow in Early Riser. The Ghost sign is painted on the end of the pub, to the right. |
