The HiberTech Facility
To the South East and above Talgarth lies the old Mid-Wales Hospital. It started out as a tuberculosis hospital, then became a mental
hospital. It closed in the eighties, and has gradually fallen apart. There are no slates on the roofs, and it is all looking a little sorry
for itself. Lots of plans have been mooted for its repurposing, but so far all to nothing, and it will probably end up bulldozed. If you
wonder why I have framed it so wide and with a large foreground, the camera has to be level to maintain all the verticals. I like to never
photoshop or crop.
