British Columbia Parliament Building by Night

This is the British Columbia Government Building by night, taken in 2016 when I was having a brief holiday after attending the Surrey Writer's Festival in Vancouver. Victoria has tons going for it, not least several corkingly good museums and the delightfully anachronistic Empress Hotel (in which we stayed). It rained a bit, but that's totally normal, apparently - and made us feel like we were at home.

The image is 2200 pixels wide, and can be downloaded and used however you (non commercially) want.

Ooh, for tech buffs it was taken on my 1962 Rolleiflex 3.5f on Ilford Delta 400 film. I think it must have been resting on a wall or something, as it would have taken at least a second to make the exposure - you can see some ghosts of other tourists in front of the fountain.
